Cependant, cette surconsommation peut avoir des effets d\u00e9sastreux sur notre sant\u00e9. Le sucre et l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 :<\/strong><br \/>\nLa consommation excessive de sucre est l\u2019un des principaux facteurs de l\u2019<strong>ob\u00e9sit\u00e9<\/strong>. En effet, le sucre est tr\u00e8s calorique et ne fournit que peu de nutriments essentiels. Lorsque nous consommons trop de sucre, notre corps stocke l\u2019exc\u00e8s sous forme de graisse, ce qui entra\u00eene une <strong>prise de poids<\/strong>. Le sucre et le diab\u00e8te de type 2 :<\/strong><br \/>\nLa surconsommation de sucre est directement li\u00e9e au d\u00e9veloppement du <strong>diab\u00e8te de type 2<\/strong>, une maladie qui touche de plus en plus de personnes dans le monde. Lorsque nous ing\u00e9rons des aliments riches en sucre, notre organisme produit de l\u2019insuline pour r\u00e9guler notre taux de sucre dans le sang. Le sucre et le vieillissement pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 :<\/strong><br \/>\nIl a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que le sucre acc\u00e9l\u00e8re le processus de <strong>vieillissement<\/strong> de notre <strong>peau<\/strong>. Lorsque nous consommons trop de sucre, cela provoque une <strong>glycation<\/strong>, un processus chimique qui endommage les prot\u00e9ines de notre corps, y compris le collag\u00e8ne et l\u2019\u00e9lastine responsables de l\u2019\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 et de la jeunesse de notre peau.
